As an NCAA Division I student athlete, he served as a basketball team captain at WCU while earning his undergraduate degree with a double major in business management and marketing. Doug now travels as a speaker, sharing his message with colleges and high schools, sports teams, student organizations, Fellowship of Christian Athletes groups, church groups and men's ministries, and more. Doug is also the founder and president of AIM Missions, a nonprofit men's ministry created to serve men through evangelism, discipleship, and international/ domestic outreach and service initiatives. In his free time, Doug finds value in his walk with Christ and enjoys challenging physical activities that build faith, endurance, and confidence. Such activities have included half marathons, full marathons, a 50-mile trail race in San Francisco, and the Run Your Race 100-mile Ultramarathon.

jamal maxsam is a friend; mentor and kingdom coach to leaders. his mission is to ignite believers to operate in the power of jesus as their normal and lead from their faith. he is known for his ability to bring strategy to accomplish their vision.
jamal started his leadership journey at the age of 16, managing a fast food restaurant, leading his peers as well as adults. after studying business leadership, he spent time in the corporate setting where his success continued. then jamal opened a new location of a food franchise which resulted in several awards form sales and performance.
jamal shifted to education and continued to grow in the ability to develop people. he taught for 9 years then served as a sschool principle. as a school leader jamal led change causing struggling schools to turn around, and accelerating the progress of others. he has led school with as many as 91 staff members, serving approximately 950 famliies. he also provided support to a school principle at a school that served approximately 2,100 families
in addition to running his business, jamal serves as the executive pastor of heirs covenant church where he equips people to fulfill their purposes and destiny.

Joél Casanova was born in Chicago, IL and raised in Dallas, TX. He began training in HipHop at 13 years old at Revelation Dance Studio and danced on their competition team for the next 5 years. By the age of 16, he was choreographing professionally. At age 18, he accepted a teaching position in Virginia as the HipHop Instructor of Academie de Ballet. During his time there, he also performed in theatrical productions with Masterworks USA. At 19, he pursued a BA in Journalism and graduated in 2018.
In addition, he received training in Ballet and Modern from Mr. Elbert Watson, former principal dancer for Alvin Ailey. When Joél Casanova was 20 years old he created and founded BeatHunter Dance, a dance business focused on personalized dance training and innovative instruction through original curricula. BHD extends the opportunity to receive this unique training by intentionally being a mobile entity for local, national, and international dance communities. Joél has a deep passion for showing students of all ages the joy and freedom that dance gives.
